Vendor needs to provide 988 suicide and crisis lifeline campaign services.– Supports a statewide network of services for individuals with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.– To strengthen and expand the statewide 988 suicide and crisis lifeline awareness campaign. the campaign is intended to ensure that all residents understand the purpose of the three–digit number 988 and know how to access crisis support services.– Can call or text 988, or chat online at 988 lifeline.org, to connect with a trained and compassionate crisis counselor.– Seeks to build upon existing outreach efforts by engaging a qualified vendor to expand and strengthen the campaign through strategic planning, creative content development, and targeted media outreach.– Develop a cohesive and recognizable brand identity for both 988 call centers, contact the crisis line and contact helpline, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.– Creating printed outreach materials for 988 suicide and crisis lifeline initiative developing social media content and messaging including materials.– Design and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that may include social media campaigns, printed materials, public service announcements (PSAs), and earned media.– Support targeted outreach strategies to reach key audiences, including 911 personnel, first responders, youth, adults, faith–based and rural communities, to ensure appropriate messaging and effective engagement across diverse populations.– Assess campaign performance on an ongoing basis using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
