Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County') is seeking vendor(s) to provide watercraft rental and/or fishing concession services at the boathouse located on the lake at Spanaway Park. The boathouse facility includes an 80' x 46' wooden structure store and office, boat storage area, and a 90' x 12' dock. Spanaway Lake is open year-round for public fishing. Facilities are located at: 14905 Bresemann Blvd South, Spanaway 98387
