TRANSPORT-12183 - USA (Overland Park, Kansas) - Active Mobility Plan Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide active mobility plan services to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS– Evaluate the existing bicycle, pedestrian and greenway network, evaluate associated policies, conduct community outreach, and develop a final active mobility plan that will identify a policy framework, preferred network, future projects, and implementation strategies– Updated plan will capture existing trends and alternatives to develop a useful and functional plan to create cycling and pedestrian infrastructure within the city.– Create a comprehensive active mobility plan which identifies the active mobility transportation network, integrating walking and bicycling to create a seamless and complete network of on– and off–street bicycle and pedestrian routes within the city– Develop criteria for context appropriate options, evaluating network alternatives and for prioritizing projects in the City(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
