CSE-24594 - USA (Florence, Alabama) - Contracted Professional Security Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide contracted professional security service to the government authority located in Florence, AL. – Contractor timesheets must be authorized/signed by the Assistant Superintendent of Operations or designee. – The security services provider must deliver training related to school safety and security, including best practices for maintaining a safe educational environment. – All security officers assigned to Florence City Schools must possess a current and valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board license. – The security services provider must furnish adequate supervisory personnel to oversee officer performance, ensure compliance with district expectations, and provide operational support.– All security officers must receive training on working with and appropriately responding to students with special needs, including understanding behavioral, developmental, and physical disabilities. – All security officers must be trained in de–escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies to effectively manage situations involving students, staff, parents, and visitors.(2) The contract period will be two years.
