(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting services to the government authority located in La Place, LA.– Perform all operations necessary to maintain the general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers for the agency.– Prepare journal vouchers monthly.– Maintain the general ledgers monthly, including development of all entries.– Assist in coding checks.– Prepare all debt service entries.– Maintain investment and insurance registers.– Maintain property ledger and capitalized equipment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
