(1) Vendor needs to provide early access regional planning behavioral health reform and investment act services to the government authority located in Carlsbad, NM.– Improve access to crisis behavioral health services through development and expansion of mobile crisis response and crisis receiving/triage centers– Build the behavioral health infrastructure necessary to support individuals transitioning from crisis care, incarceration, hospitals, and residential treatment programs.– Address regional transportation gaps by expanding county–level transportation support and creating a coordinated regional behavioral health transportation program.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
