(1) Vendor needs to provide media production services.– Including but not limited to public service announcements, promotional videos, event coverage, and social media content.– Capture high–quality photography and video content, including interviews, B–roll, event coverage, lifestyle imagery, and promotional visuals.– Edit raw footage into polished final products suitable for websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.– Perform color correction, audio mixing, and basic visual effects.– Deliver content in formats optimized for various platforms (e.g. web, social media, presentations, etc.).– Collaborate with City staff to develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual approaches– Provide and maintain professional–grade cameras, lighting, microphones, and related production equipment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
