(1) Vendor needs to provide automated license plate reader system.– Provide automated license plate reader system with fixed infrastructure and cloud–based evidence management services– Provide a comprehensive automated license plate reader (ALPR) system including fixed infrastructure cameras, cloud–based data management, and integration with existing agency cloud software platforms. – Supply and installation of fixed automated license plate reader camera infrastructure.– Cloud based automated license plate reader data platform with real–time and historical query capabilities.– Integration capabilities with existing public safety technologies.– Mobile application access for field personnel.– System training, ongoing technical support, and warranty coverage.– Project management, implementation planning, testing, and acceptance support.– Transition–out assistance and data return at contract end.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
