(1) Vendor needs to provide theatre audio system replacement service to the government authority located in Temecula, CA.• Provide professional services for the replacement and upgrade of the theater's audio mixing console and associated sound system components.• Services include evaluating existing equipment, furnishing and installing the new audio console and related hardware, integrating the upgraded system with existing infrastructure, configuring and testing all equipment, and providing system commissioning to ensure proper operation.• Work also includes operator orientation/training, removal and disposal of obsolete equipment, and coordination with theatre staff to minimize disruptions to facility operations.• Modernize the theatre’s Front–of–House audio mixing capabilities through the replacement of the Yamaha agency with a Yamaha Rivage PM5 system.• Upgrade the stage monitor mixing platform by replacing the Yamaha LS9 with a Yamaha DM7 digital console.• Transition the facility from legacy analog audio transport to a fully networked Dante audio infrastructure.• Eliminate approximately 96 channels of aging analog audio cabling and patching systems throughout the venue.• Install new Category 6 network cabling infrastructure, including cable runs of up to 200 feet, to support audio transport, control, and future expansion.• Deploy Yamaha Rio digital stage boxes to provide flexible, high–capacity remote I/O throughout the facility.• Install and configure managed network switching infrastructure in the amplifier room, control booth, and Front–of–House locations.• Upgrade and modernize the theatre’s Clear–Com communications system to improve coordination between production departments and technical staff.• Install and commission a new 16–channel professional wireless microphone system with antenna distribution, RF coordination, and system optimization.• Improve overall system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.• Simplify production setup, signal routing, and troubleshooting through centralized digital control.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
