Description
Anaheim Fire and Rescue (AF&R) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified licensed medical service providers (Bidder) to administer Annual Physical Examinations, as-needed medical/behavioral tests, and other related services such as California Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams for AF&R’s Suppression Personnel and Hazardous Material Response (Hazmat) Team. All Annual Physical Examinations and services provided to AF&R personnel must comply with the various standards established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
