(1) Vendor needs to provide health promotion and wellness conference event planner services. – Provide professional event planning and logistical support services to coordinate and execute health promotion and wellness conference.– Comprehensive event planning, coordination, and execution services necessary to support a culturally respectful, professionally managed conference aligned with Area health priorities.– Conference and vendor set up and registration.– Four to six (4–6) breakout rooms: all rooms are medium–sized rooms with 45 participants– Each, with a classroom–style set–up. Time: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.– One (1) power package (power strip and 20 ft.
