(1) Vendor needs to provide event operations and production manager service.• Marketing, Website, Listings, PR and Outreach: Coordinate with internal communications and social media staff to provide timely and accurate event information, recommended messaging, and campaign timing; all public–facing content is subject to approval.• Draft media advisories, press releases, and talking points for approval and assist with media relations and on–site media management.• Work with selected approved vendors on creative design, website updates, signage, and print materials• TV, Radio and Print Advertisement– Identify and obtain coverage through major TV, Radio and Print areas.• National, regional, and local musical entertainment• Retail, artisan, nonprofit, and community resource exhibitors• Sponsors, dignitaries, and neighborhood stakeholders• Volunteer recruitment, training, and deployment• Integrate VIP needs into check–in, credentials, reserved seating/viewing, hospitality elements, and parking/access plans, consistent with security and perimeter controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 4, 2026.
