CONS-22915 - USA (Juneau, Alaska) - Indian Street Reconstruction and Design Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Indian street reconstruction and design services to the government authority located in Juneau, AK.– The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to provideDesign Services for the 9TH & Indian St. Reconstruction– The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare completebid–ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with criticalmaterial lead times for the reconstruction of 9th Street and Indian Street– Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and Neighborhood outreach and coordination.– The scope of construction work is anticipated to include improvements to the underground stormdrainage, water and sewer utilities, retaining walls, road base, pavement, sidewalk/stairways,lighting and other miscellaneous improvements necessary for a complete project.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 4, 2026.
