(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation, processing, and marketing services of automotive and other lead–acid batteries to the government authority located in Portland, OR.– Provide collection equipment for automotive and other lead–acid batteries.– Remove full containers of automotive and other lead–acid batteries and promptly replace them with empty containers to help maintain a clean and accessible area for public disposal of automotive and other lead–acid batteries.– Transport and process collected automotive and other lead–acid batteries.– Removal services will occur on a regular and reliable schedule to meet operational needs and prevent on–site material accumulation.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
