(1) Vendor needs to provide counter–unmanned aerial system to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA.• Furnishing, delivery, configuration, training, warranty, and support of four complete Counter–Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C–UAS) and tripod accessories • C–UAS unit, software and licenses, tablets/controllers, displays, cases, power supplies/chargers, antennas, mounting hardware, and cables. • Include at least two configurable receive channels covering a range substantially equivalent to 400 MHz through 6 GHz.• Provide a manufacturer–published or manufacturer certified RF detection range of not less than 4 kilometers horizontal radius under stated test conditions.• Provide UAS identification and telemetry demodulation when available from the detected aircraft/system. • Capable of deployment from transport case to operational readiness in five minutes or less.• Include Ethernet connectivity and documented interfaces or APIs sufficient for integration with an external command–and–control system, if required by the city(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
