(1) Vendor needs to provide facility assessment service to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Provides for a comprehensive functional facility or space needs assessment and a facility condition assessment of all facilities to identify functional and spatial deficiencies.– Review original assessments and the resulting response action plan and validate implementation at each facility.– Conduct update functional facility or space needs assessments at each facility.– Conduct update condition assessments at each facility.– Make recommendations for continued development of the long–term implementation plan, including timelines and prioritization for facility operations, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, renovations, replacement, and future capital investment.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
