(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental litigation attorney services to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.– Attendance at regular and special meetings of the governing body on an “as needed” basis. Attendance at other meetings and conferences as requested– Preparation of correspondence, research memoranda on environmental issues and draft resolutions upon request or as necessary– Coordination with other public entities and organizations as requested or as necessary– Consultation as necessary or requested with township personnel, including governing body members, township administration, water pollution control director and other professionals retained by the township– Litigation services including representation of the township when requested by the township attorney for actions and proceedings in which the township is a party or is legally interested(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
