(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call relocation consultant services on an as needed, emergency, or scheduled basis to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Act as the primary point of contact between hotels, residents, property management, and asset management staff. – Maintain 24–hour availability, seven days per week. – Identify relocation needs by contacting each tenant household directly.– Coordinate specialized needs such as medical beds, ground floor rooms, disability accommodations, pet needs, and any extenuating circumstances.– Identify hotel accommodations that are proximate to the resident’s unit, accessible via public transportation, near schools, and preferably within one mile of grocery stores and essential services. • Contractor shall coordinate all phases of hotel, moving, and storage logistics, including:– Resident move–out.– Resident move–back.– All ancillary or interim moves. – Written or verbal reminders.– Check–in and check–out instructions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
