This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302–1, Only One Responsible Source.This requirement is for parking spaces for ICE GOVs. Federal Parking Inc.`s parking garage under ICE HQ`s Potomac Center South (PCS) building is uniquely qualified to fulfill ICE`s requirement for on–site parking due to their exclusive control over the PCS garage and its direct, secured connection to ICE Headquarters (HQ). The Federal Parking Inc./PCS garage has recently undergone specialized modifications, including restricted access points and emergency egress routes, specifically to address ICE`s heightened threat environment and frequent protest activity.This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
