(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic enrollment marketing consultant services.– Increasing visibility for selected academic programs, strengthening recruitment and enrollment efforts, producing high–quality video and digital creative assets, and managing a more complex paid digital advertising campaign.– Develop and implement year strategic marketing plan that supports college of education awareness, recruitment, enrollment, and stakeholder engagement priorities.– Messaging framework that can be adapted across programs, channels, audiences, and campaign phases.– Produce, edit, adapt, and optimize video and digital creative assets that support awareness, recruitment, enrollment, and program visibility.– Develop, launch, manage, optimize, and report on a comprehensive paid digital advertising campaign across appropriate platforms.– Management of paid digital advertising across multiple channels, which may include Meta, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display, retargeting, geofencing, or other platforms.– Support campaign landing pages and digital conversion pathways to improve user experience, inquiry generation, and campaign performance.– Review of current landing pages and campaign destination pages for clarity, audience alignment, mobile experience, conversion effectiveness, and consistency with campaign messaging.– Provide regular, clear, and actionable reporting that allows the college to understand campaign performance and make informed marketing and enrollment decisions.– Project management and college collaboration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
