BILLING-3237 - USA (Colorado) - Purchasing and Travel Card Services - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide purchasing and travel card services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Provide card issuance, transaction processing, program administration, reconciliation, reporting, training, and ongoing support.- Physical purchasing and travel cards with broad merchant acceptance, plus virtual cards, recurring supplier payment accounts, and centralized travel accounts- Separate purchasing and travel controls, including transaction and billing–cycle limits, daily transaction counts, merchant category restrictions, and temporary limit adjustments approved by County administrators.- Centrally billed accounts paid by the County, without employee personal guarantees or personal credit underwriting.- Travel–related payments, trip identification, refunds and credits, and emergency card assistance.– Technology Integration and Reporting- Integration with the County’s Workday financial system through secure, configurable accounting feeds, including general ledger, department, project, and other County–required coding.- Transaction detail and available Level II and Level III merchant data; standard and custom reports for spending, card activity, exceptions, disputes, fees, and rebates– Billing Fees and Rebates(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
