(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based digital education platform. – Provide a production solution for registration, payment, course and workshop management, participant management, and program portal delivery, for multiple courses or workshops provided by university.– Platform development and implementation ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement services.– End user experience will be to be able to seamless register and pay for corporate education, and be introduced into a learning portal that allows access to course material, relevant learning tools and program details.– Provide the design, development, configuration, implementation, and initial launch of the platform.– Conduct discovery with university to confirm registration, payment, course and workshop management, participant management, program portal, notification, and reporting requirements.– Platform must support core enrollment workflow, including registration, participant tracking, and enrollment status.– Create a user–friendly dashboard for student users.– Provide an architecture that could support future AI–assisted educational functionality where appropriate.– Allow authorized university staff to create and manage offerings, including title, description, instructor, dates, pricing, capacity, and other applicable program information, without developer involvement for routine changes.– Platform must provide a secure payment path for applicable registrations through university’s currently identified as QuickPay and Nelnet or other university designated payment system.– Platform must provide automated participant notifications associated with registration and payment.– Provide automated confirmation following successful registration, including applicable program information and next steps.– Provide a notification structure that can be configured for applicable program communications.– Dashboard must provide authorized university administrative users with broader system–level access based on their assigned security permissions.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
