The project consists of pedestrian improvements that shall include but not be limited to demolition, the installation of concrete sidewalks, asphalt patching and repair, pour in place retaining walls, metal railing, curbing, pavement marking, seeding, and installation of drainage infrastructure. The LandPlan Group South, in Columbia is in charge of the project.
