(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment screening services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.• Track record of developing, creating, administering, scoring, and interpreting written examinations and structured oral assessments deployed to public safety applicants as it relates to pre–employment and internal promotion applicant screening.• Conduct a validation (pilot) study, using the initial question item bank, of which includes testing a representative sample of incumbents.• Collect and report the results of the validation study providing substantive, yet relevant data analysis• Based upon the validation study, provide recommended weightings of dimensions or constructs, cut–off scores, and scoring methodology for approval• Conduct Job Task Analysis• Score Written Examination: Conduct final scoring of the written examination and provide a rank ordered list of applicant scores inclusive of demographics, pass/fail information, and adverse impact ratio analysis to assess occurrences of disparate impact.• Develop Structured Oral Assessment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026.
