(1) Vendor needs to provide short range transit plan services to the government authority located in Richland, WA.– To develop a short–range transit plan to guide transit service, operational, and financial strategies for the next 1–5 years– Produce route–level service recommendations with maps, proposed frequencies, alignments, and headways– Identify explicit headcount and vehicle requirements (by vehicle type, service category, and phase), informing hiring plans and fleet procurement.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will September 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
