(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation guide printing services to the government authority located in El Cajon, CA. • The recreation guide consists of 40 pages, including the cover.  • Paper, ink and binding:– Recreation Guides are 40 pages each. – Cover shall be produced on 100# Gloss Book #3 with UV coating. – Interior pages shall be produced on 40# Gloss Book #5 (36 interior pages). – Ink is 4/4 bleeds. – Guide shall be saddle stitched with trimmed binding. – Size of printed brochure shall be 8 and 3/8 inches by 10 and 3/4 inches.• Layout:– Converting to the agency’s desired software, if needed.– Provide a blue line for agency approval prior to printing.  • Production:– Spring and fall publications – 46,000 copies of each Recreation Guide are to be printed and delivered to the agency.• Print and deliver summer and winter recreation guide: – 2 issues – Summer and Winter – 18,000 copies – 40 pages • Print and deliver spring and fall recreation guide: – 2 issues – Spring and Fall – 46,000 copies – 40 pages(2) The contract period will be for one year.
