(1) Vendor needs to provide library people–counting system.– Provide a platform for reporting and analysis of people counting and location occupancy.– A web–based application or Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) hosted by the Contractor.– Scalable and compatible with future expansions such as additional System software for an existing location, or the implementation of services at a new location.– Must be able to distinguish between individuals and groups while minimizing counting errors.– Provide real–time occupancy: accurate counts of how many people enter and exit a location, and how many people are currently inside.– System must have user authentication and authorization capability for tracking and monitoring a user's access and activities within the System.– Provide data from people counters in real time, not at a delay.– Utilize stereoscopic (3D) technology, i.e. a counter uses two cameras or sensors to create a 3D view of an area and accurately count people entering, exiting or occupying a space.– Possess a data port capable of accepting a network cable which shall connect to the data port on the county's power over ethernet (PoE) switch within 50 feet of the proposed entrance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11,2026.
