Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement . All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Aquatics Instructors , as it appears in the Supplier Portal . Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, September 28, 2026, and opened forthwith. The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, September 14, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time . The Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF) is seeking qualified, certified, and experienced instructors to plan and facilitate aquatic fitness classes at pools throughout the BCYF network.
