QUALITY-3141 - USA (Charlotte, North Carolina) - Evidence and DNA Testing Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide evidence and DNA testing services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.• Screening and STR/Y STR DNA testing of evidence from sexual assault and homicide cases• The Company shall extract DNA, using any validated manual or robotic DNA extraction method and shall amplify and type using Global filer and the Applied Biosystems 3500 or 3500xl Genetic Analyzer• The analysis shall be produced using the Gene Mapper ID–X software version 1.6• Validated real–time PCR based quantification system that includes a total human DNA quantity value, a male DNA quantity value, an internal positive control, and preferably an indicator of degradation, a sample may not need to be amplified.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2026.
