Vendor needs to provide design and construction services to the government authority located in Newington, CT. – Scope will include the construction of a 1–mile long, 10–ft wide segment of multi–use trail intended to connect two locations utilizing an abandoned trolley trail through a wooded area and extend for 0.3–miles along agency road to terminate at an existing pull–off area. – Other scope elements include construction for multi–use trail with a granular pavement surface, drainage and cross culvert investigation and associated improvements, relocation of water main, and installation of signage.
