DISPOS-9713 - USA (Maine) - Waste Diversion Grant Program Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide waste diversion grant program services to the government authority located in Maine.– The development, implementation or improvement of organics management programs, initiatives or activities designed to increase the diversion of these materials from solid waste disposal, including waste reduction activities.– Promote waste reduction through reuse, repair, upcycling, and sharing economy initiatives. For example, this may be accomplished through reuse shops or developing a repair clinic that fixes and repurposes broken, used equipment prior to disposal.– Reduce wasted food through donation of surplus (edible) food or by providing opportunities to prevent wasted food through enhanced storage and infrastructure improvements, such as installation of refrigeration and freezer units.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
