(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI. – Provide engineering services – electrical distribution system equipment replacements at agency.• Project management• Design services:– Evaluation and recommendation summarized in a design report.– Construction strategy analysis to minimize disruption to facility operations during construction. – Preparation of bid and construction documents.• Bid and award services:– Pre–bid presentation and site tour. – Prepare and submit addenda as needed. – Respond to bid questions during bidding period.• Engineering services during construction:– Attend construction meetings. – Review contractor submittals. – Respond to requests for information. – Engineering Services during construction and delivery of record drawings. • Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, training and start–up: Preparation of start–up plans, updates to facility O&M manuals, and staff training.• Applications engineering:– Control descriptions and PLC programming. – Functional acceptance testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1 ,2026. (3) Pre–bid vendor engagement and Q&A meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
