(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic monitoring services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.– Technology and services designed to track and monitor detainees to ensure compliance.– Electronic monitoring services for tracking, curfew and alcohol supervision.– Employment monitoring or tracking of employment searches.– Offender funded substance abuse testing and detection as required.– Electronic monitoring services must provide the capabilities to determine whether or not an offender remains at an established location or within the established range of a specific location by means of an electronic tracking or locating device.– Maintain monitoring data records for each offender and must be capable of providing these records on an as–needed basis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
