(1) Vendor needs to provide outside legal counsel service to the government authority located in Paterson, NY. • Outside legal counsel must consult with the county counsel on an on–going basis throughout the legal representation. • Prior to retaining experts or undertaking significant research projects, outside counsel must obtain the approval of the county counsel.• Prior to making any extraordinary litigation disbursements, outside legal counsel must obtain the approval of the County Counsel.• Outside counsel shall promptly identify any conflict or potential conflict of interest arising from its legal representation of the county.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
