(1) Vendor needs to provide welding lab renovations services to the government authority located in Smithfield, VA.– Provide all labor, material, tools, scaffolds, erection equipment, services and supplies to fabricate, install, connect, adjust, test, and place in operation the electrical and other systems.– Material, equipment, and work of inferior quality will be rejected and shall be removed from the job site immediately upon rejection and replaced.– Unacceptable work shall be removed and replaced. All replacement material and work shall be done at the Contractor expense.(2) Non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 8, 2026.
