(1) Vendor needs to provide crossing guard services to the government authority located in Downey, CA. – Providing crossing guard services, as needed, for elementary and middle schools located in unincorporated areas of county. – The program requires crossing guards to staff designated school crossing locations on school days, with alternate guards available to ensure continuous coverage during absences or vacancies.– The recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, assignment, supervision, and management of crossing guards; conducting site inspections; addressing disciplinary matters and personnel performance; administering payroll and applicable employee benefits; providing necessary equipment and supplies; and preparing accident and periodic program reports.– Recruitment, selection, training and evaluation of the crossing guards.– Disciplinary action and dismissal of unsatisfactory personnel.– Payroll, including any employee benefit programs established by the contractor for the crossing guard program.– Providing appropriate equipment and supplies for each crossing guard and alternate guard.– Preparation of written accident reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23,2026.
