(1) Vendor needs to provide examination of state accounting and financial reporting system general and application controls services.• The system supports integrated statewide financial operations, procurement workflows, payroll processing, and administrative functions.• IRIS Advanced consists of modular application components packaged as containers. These are consistently deployed across development, QA, and production environments through a controlled image–promotion process.• Application containers are orchestrated by an enterprise Kubernetes platform, providing workload isolation, scalability, and controlled deployment sequencing.• IRIS Advanced uses enterprise–grade relational database services hosted within cloud platform. • Application components access databases via externalized secure connection configurations.• Controlled promotion of container images with integrity validation.• Role–based access management through centralized advantage 4 administration.• Isolation between application components and the host operating system via containerization.• Standardized deployment, logging, and monitoring practices.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 03, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
