ITES-10629 - USA (New Britain, Connecticut) - Information Technology and Operational Technology Rate Case Consultant Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology and operational technology rate case consultant service to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. – Assist agency in the review and investigation of the information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments for the Eversource Energy (ES).  – Evaluate the integration of all critical systems across the meter–to–cash lifecycle, including CIS, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Geographic Information System (GIS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management, Finance (ERP) and Document Management Systems (DMS).– Determine the most economic and appropriate information technology (IT) upgrades, processes, and proposals used in setting rates for ES.– Evaluate the agency’s current IT holistically and identify strategies that support long–term transformation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
