(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based comprehensive child welfare information system. – Cloud–ready solution to replace an existing child welfare case management system with a new comprehensive child welfare information system.– Web–based assessment instruments to formalize child protective services intake, safety and risk assessment. – A comprehensive internet–based reporting and quality improvement system that includes data analysis, report publishing, and hosting.– Online, public–facing portal where mandated reporters can report suspected cases of alleged abuse and neglect.– Cloud–based mobile application that provides workers flexibility around when and where they complete their work– A cloud–based security system for nationwide ICAMA forms stored nation–wide.– A web–based version of the mobile application.– Online automated services information system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
