Vendor needs to provide digital signage services.• The solution shall support deployment as either a supplier provided hardware, or existing hardware that is Windows compatible or as software embedded within smart display/TV hardware. • The solution shall be compatible with a broad range of commercially available displays and media players with no proprietary lock–in to any single hardware brand, model, or chipset. • The solution shall support all standard video resolutions (including 1080p, 4K UHD, and portrait orientations) with the ability to render content at custom or non–standard resolutions. • The solution shall support multi–screen deployments and video wall configurations, including content spanning across multiple displays with bezel compensation and synchronization. • The solution shall provide a flexible scheduling engine supporting recurring, one–time, date–range, dayparting, and priority–based schedules with conflict resolution. • The solution shall support, at minimum: common image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WebP); standard video formats and codecs (MP4, H.264, H.265) at standard and custom resolutions including 4K; Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX) with animations and embedded media; live video streams via standard protocols (RTSP, RTMP, HLS); third–party IPTV streams; and native or embedded Canva integration. • The solution shall support: dynamic data–driven content that auto–updates from external feeds, APIs, or databases (SQL, JSON, XML, CSV); RSS/news/ticker feeds; widget integration (e.g., weather, clock, countdown timers); interactive touchscreen and voice–activated experiences; and mobile audience engagement via QR codes, SMS, or NFC.
