CSE-24562 - USA (Shreveport, Louisiana) - Hanwha NVR and Cameras Closed-Circuit Television Service - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Hanwha NVR and cameras closed–circuit television service to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA. – Contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, tools, supervision, and diagnostic equipment to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspections, emergency service calls, and technical telephone support to include specific on–line technical software support for the (Brand Name or equal to) Hanwha NVR & Cameras–Closed–Circuit Television (CCTV) security system.– The vendor shall supply and install all necessary hardware and software to establish a pharmacy CCTV system, compliant with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.– Live and recorded video must clearly display date, time, and camera location information, and footage must be accessible to authorized pharmacy and security staff.– Cameras must be installed to cover all entrances, exits, drug storage locations, dispensing areas, and any automated dispensing units, providing overlapping coverage to eliminate blind spots.– The contractor shall provide basic operational training to designated pharmacy and security staff upon completion of installation. Training shall include live viewing, playback of recorded video, camera identification, and basic operation of the video intercom.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
