(1) Vendor needs to provide tribal collaboration services to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND.– Collaboration between state–administered federal assistance programs and tribal nations is essential to ensure equitable access, culturally responsive service delivery, and efficient program administration.– Support the development and coordination of culturally responsive strategies between the program and tribal nations.– Two annual meetings between state’s program administrators and tribal leaders or designated liaisons.– Support the development and coordination of culturally responsive strategies.– Identification of barriers and roadblocks affecting participation.– Facilitate the establishment of meaningful partnerships with each tribal community to enhance collaboration.– Create an economic assistance program guide for tribal partners to reference when making referrals to the state to support tribal clients.– Assist in monitoring and documenting progress on measurable indicators related to tribal participation and involvement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
