Vendor needs to provide energy resilience community outreach and education service.       – Conduct an outreach and education campaign, providing reliable, data–driven and unbiased information to disproportionately impacted and overburdened communities and tribes.– The campaign will help these communities understand energy resilience and make informed energy decisions.– This outreach and education campaign will provide reliable, data–driven, and unbiased information to disproportionately impacted and over–burdened communities and tribes, supporting them to make sound and informed energy resilience decisions.– Employ targeted and culturally relevant outreach and education practices to provide communities – particularly vulnerable individuals, households, and communities – within the project areas with reliable, data–driven and unbiased information to support energy resiliency before, during, and after a disaster.• Supporting an energy resilience mindset for individuals, households, businesses, andcommunities.• Providing data–driven and unbiased information to support good energy resilience decisions.• Educating community members about community resilience hubs.• Educating community members about critical infrastructure energy systems during poweroutages.• Building relationships with local community organizations in project counties.– The community outreach and education campaign will focus on supporting an energy resilience mindset for individuals, households, and communities, including topics such as community resilience hubs and critical infrastructure energy systems.
