CONS-22161 - USA (Middle River, Maryland) - Repairs, Maintenance and Minor Construction Services - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide repairs, maintenance and minor construction services to the government authority located in Middle River, MD.– Construction consisting of structural, civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical work.– Installation and/or repair of locomotive facility support systems and– Upgrades and/or repairs of Facility Systems including, but not limited to electrical distribution systems, site lighting, HVAC, air compressors, plumbing systems, communication networks and associated features, etc.– Repairing, replacing, overhauling, and/or upgrading existing equipment or furnishings on existing rolling stock equipment. Examples may include, but are not limited to, architectural elements, electrical/communication distribution systems, mechanical features, etc(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22 2026.
