The Tempe Union High School District would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Project Title . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd , no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD) is seeking a contractor to provide a single, multi-site on-premises, or hosted Video Management Software (VMS) solution supporting an unrestricted number of users, devices, servers and sites within Tempe Union High School District. The proposed VMS shall have the ability to operate with the proposed locations and be expandable to all schools and office sites in the District. The proposal shall anticipate future product enhancements allowing standardization and sustainability well into the future. Offerors shall include all labor, material, and components necessary to carry out the terms of the contract in the areas of camera installation. Firm shall furnish all necessary qualified personnel and equipment as needed to perform the work specified in the RFP.
