QUALITY-3071 - USA (Goshen, New York) - Laboratory Testing Wastewater and Related Samples Service - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory testing wastewater and related samples service to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.• SAMPLES. Samples shall be picked–up by Vendor from the agency Monday through Friday, as needed, as determined and scheduled by the County, with a minimum of one pick–up per week.• Sludge & Sidestream: – New York 364 Series for sludge cake, – Full Toxicity Characteristic Leachate Potential (T.C.L.P.) for sludge cake – Total Metals analysis on a dry weight basis, results reported in mg/kg (6010), PCB’s and Solids – TCLP 8 RCRA Metals – Percent Solids for Sludge Cake – Corrosivity / pH (9045) – Flash Point / Ignitibility (1030–SOLIDS) – Reactivity: Cyanide – Reactivity: Sulfide • Wastewater:– Metals for wastewater samples – Acetone– Alkalinity (SM2320B)– Aluminum (200.7 or 200.8)(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
