(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writer and consultant service to the government authority located in Winslow, NJ. • Grant writer and consultant to support various departmental initiatives and projects to engage a qualified consultant who will assist in identifying grant opportunities, writing grant proposals, and managing submissions to secure funding for the township.Conduct research to identify grant opportunities that align with the township's goals, priorities, and projects.• Maintain an up–to–date database of potential funding sources, including federal, state, and private grants.• Ensure proposals are compliant with all relevant grant requirements and guidelines.• Incorporate input from township staff and stakeholders in the grant–writing process.• Assist in the development of timelines and tracking systems to manage the grant submission process.• Provide support in post–award administration, including budgeting and compliance monitoring.• Prepare final reports for submitted grants, including narrative and financial components.• Maintain open communication with township staff via email, phone, and meetings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
