(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services software. – Solution will replace the current Energov platform used for entering, managing, and tracking licensing and inspection data, as well as its reliance on the OnBase system for document management. – The infrastructure and software used to support the new system must be designed to minimize downtime and with adequate redundancy and failover capabilities to automatically recover from potential system problems.– Capitalize on technology to improve and create efficiencies such as single–point data entry, mobile device utilization, and integration with other software such as the ERP.– Workday provides a mature, multi–layered integration ecosystem supporting secure, real–time connectivity and high–volume data flows.– Prebuilt Cloud Connect integrations reduce deployment time and risk by providing Workday maintained connectors for common third–party systems.– Integration options range from no code tools to fully customized developer–built solutions.– On–going system administration, software and database support.– Database installation and configuration.– Software customization.– Data migration(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
