CLEANING-14457 - USA (Jackson, Tennessee) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jackson, TN.• Services provided will include the following:– Dust/wipe surfaces (desks, conference tables, kitchen counters, bookshelves, etc.) as needed.– Clean/wipe microwaves as needed.– Vacuum all carpeted areas.– Sweep and mop all vinyl tile floors.– Clean each restroom (toilet, sink & mirror) using disinfecting cleansers, supplied by vendor. Pour water into bathroom floor drains weekly, prior to mopping.– Stock paper towels and toilet tissue in dispensers. Paper products supplied by the City.– Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place bagged trash in dumpster behind building (trash liners/bags supplied by City).– Clean glass in front doors and at reception desk.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
