HEALTH-10709 - USA (Laredo, Texas) - Community Health Needs Assessment Services - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community health needs assessment services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.• The contractor shall collect, obtain, develop, or otherwise acquire quantitative and qualitative information necessary to evaluate and, where appropriate, quantify the health, operational, and economic burden associated with priority health conditions and their contributing factors using accepted public health, epidemiologic, and health economics methodologies.• Analyses shall translate epidemiologic findings into measurable estimates that support strategic decision–making and may include healthcare utilization, healthcare expenditures, emergency medical services demand, productivity losses, absenteeism, presenteeism, disability, caregiver burden, quality–of–life measures, public resource demand, and other operational or economic indicators that support prioritization, resource allocation, grant development, policy development, and sustainable public health investment.• Community engagement activities shall seek to identify opportunities to improve coordination among community systems, including healthcare, behavioral health, emergency response, education, transportation, environmental health, public safety, and social services.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
